On September 12, 1986, the Prins story began. Now, 40 years later, we look back with pride on four decades filled with development, innovation and valued partnerships.
A lot has changed over the past 40 years. Alternative fuel technology has evolved tremendously. Autogas (LPG) has always played an important role in this development and remains the largest pillar within Prins. At the same time, vehicle technology and mobility have developed at an incredible pace. From our first systems to the advanced solutions of today, Prins has continuously evolved alongside these developments.
From Autogas to Broad Expertise in Alternative Fuels
Alternative fuels have now become an important part of the transition towards more sustainable mobility. Over the past 40 years, Prins has built up extensive knowledge and experience and has continued to expand its expertise. Our systems make it possible for even the latest generation of vehicles to run on Autogas. This demonstrates that LPG and modern vehicle technology can work together exceptionally well.
In addition, Prins develops solutions for CNG, LNG and hydrogen (H₂). Not only for passenger cars, but also for trucks, buses, industrial and marine applications. In this way, we continue to respond to the changing needs of the market and constantly explore new possibilities in alternative fuels and propulsion technologies.
40 Years of Developing, Improving and Looking Ahead
The past 40 years have taught us a great deal. About technology, about mobility, but above all, about collaboration. Behind every development are people: colleagues, partners, customers, suppliers and everyone else who has helped shape what Prins stands for today. We are proud of what we have achieved as a team. At the same time, our focus is firmly on the future. The world of mobility continues to change, bringing new challenges as well as new opportunities.
Our ambition therefore remains unchanged: to keep innovating, to deliver quality, and to provide our customers and partners with the level of service they have come to expect from Prins.
