Dear Prins partner,
In recent months, certain communications and statements in the market regarding the distribution of BRC and Prins branded products in Turkey have been brought to our attention.We were informed that a previous distributor of our BRC branded products, namely 2A Mühendislik, is still claiming that they hold the rights to resell our products.
We would like to clarify that any rights that 2A Mühendislik may previously have had to promote and distribute products bearing the BRC trademark owned by Westport Fuel Systems, or to otherwise represent itself as an authorized distributor of Westport Fuel Systems, have expired and are no longer in effect. In order to ensure proper communication and a true representation of the legal rights, we are prepared to necessary legal intervention, wherever possible.
In light of the above, let us clarify the current distribution structure in Turkey as follows:
- İpragaz is the exclusive distributor for the Prins brand in Turkey,
- BRC Alternativa is the authorized distributor for the BRC brand in Turkey.
If you receive or become aware of any communication, statement or market information that is inconsistent with the above, we kindly ask you to share it with above mentioned distributors, for our review.
