Prins LPG systems now available in Italy via wide network of installers

More than 70 installers offer latest Prins Autogas technology.

Prins, the Dutch brand of innovative and high quality LPG systems, now has become widely available in Italy through a countrywide network of installers. These installers are trained on the latest technology for cars with Direct Injection (DI) engines. Prins welcomes you at Automotoretro exhibition for a meet and greet on 30 January until 2 February 2020 in Turin.

Prins is worldwide the technology leader in alternative fuel systems for DI-engines offering solid solutions for the biggest number of car brands and car models. “Not all modern DI engines are the same and therefore they need different LPG or CNG systems, what makes developing systems and technology a real challenge”, explains John Wouters, Sales Director at Prins. “In our portfolio we have LPG systems for various cars, such as the Kia Sportage, Ford F-150 using Dual Injection Technology (PFI-DI), Mercedes using Piezo injectors, and also for GM with their new Skip Fire Technology, for both the 5.3 and 6.2 GM EcoTec engines, including the GMC Sierra & Chevrolet Silverado pick-up trucks.” Besides this, Prins also developed an LPG system for the all new GM 6.6 liter DI engines (L8T).

Some recent developments:
• All VAG 1.0 TSI engines
• Audi 3.0 TFSI engine (CGWx)
• GM 3.6 DI engines (LLT, LFY, LGX)
• GM 4.3, 5.3 & 6.2 EcoTec3 engines (LV1, LV3, L82, L84 & L87)
